Team Sponsor (includes one team) - $400
Contest Sponsor (includes two teams) - $1000
Tournament Sponsor (includes four teams) - $2000

**Registration fee includes door prize, green fee/carts, lunch, & water during play.

Reservations can be made without all players identified
Format 4 Man Scramble 
Golf Carts Two golf carts will be provided to each team. (Please bring your own if possible.)
